  1. I've done some retarded stuff while drunk – mostly pinching hot booties that I was not invited to pinch – but this seems more premeditated than a stupid impulse in the spur of the moment.

  2. Paypal could be run by racists and I wouldn't care, its a great service, I don't give a shit if this guy is saying shit like that.

  3. 4:19 Serious question:
What if you work for the police and witness brutality or abuse of power that isn't being addressed within the system?

  4. Can someone make a sound drop of Ana saying, "Cenk is a useless piece of shit," and let Cenk use it on his soundboard?

  5. I don't believe he thought it was a technological mishap. He said it was for a colleague, which doesn't necessarily mean that he meant for it to be private. He clearly stated "Smedley and Don Christmas" in his tweets. He's a PayPal Exec -Therefore, you mean to tell us "TYT" that this guy did not understand tweeting. GET THE FUCK OUT OF – Where is Cenk? You guys give horrible spins on the news! Whoa….

  6. Damn, Twitter in the last few years is responsible for more people losing their jobs than outsourcing…

  7. Shows where that guys head is "it wasn't racist so he shouldn't have been fired". Jesus Christ.

  8. and he probably got a million $ severance package to boot. Fking prick. The one time I flipped out on twitter I just got yelled at by my mom.

  9. Bank CEO's fund the murder of thousands of people, launder money for violent drug cartels, etc… but they had damn well better not say mean things about their employees! LOL! He probably should have been fired, but it's funny (sad funny) the things these people DON'T get fired for.

  10. "Man is least himself when he talks in his own person. Give him a mask, and he will tell you the truth." – Oscar Wild

  11. ROFLMAO!! The worst I do when I get too drunk is yell at my computer. I never send texts because I know better.

  12. Anyone botherd about waht they could actualy did to him that he is talking about them that way?
In a working place like this you cant be frend with anyone so i dont think he deserves to get kicked out.

  13. The idea that a situation like this has to have racist undertones to warrant a dismissal from employment…ugh.

  14. “Multiculturalism” is a program that is FORCED upon EVERY & ONLY White countries.
“Multiculturalism” is a program to turn EVERY White country into a non-White country.
    This IS geNOcide. WHITE geNOcide.
If you are White, and you object to your own geNOcide, you are called a RACIST!
Well guess what, my people, White people, are catching on very quickly to the following two things:
1 – Multiculturalism is a code for White geNOcide.
    2 – Anti-racist is a code for anti-White.

  15. No filter is called frontal lobe dis-inhibition and it would be horrible if everyone said everything they think. The civilisation would collapse and we would murder one another withing a week.

  16. He probably got a very generous severence package from Paypal. Thats what large companies usually do to avoid being taken to court for a dismissal on these grounds.

  17. you can definitely have a breakdown like this.. his response should have been: "sorry i was drunk i love smedley- sorry smedley!".. water under the bridge.. it's not that serious

  18. Ana, you want to know what people would be like with no filter?

    Welcome to the YouTube comments.

  19. Have people just not learned some of the most basic life lessons? Like 'If you have nothing nice to say about someone, just don't say anything'

  20. lol everybody is so sensitive now a days me and my co workers fire back and forth at each other  and don't cry to management even the managers do it grow some fucking balls America so much for land of the free lmao

  21. If i honestly consider someone a useless piece of shit then i would tell them in person sober right to their face and motivate exactly why they are useless peices of shit… at least in the given context…

is like talking shit about people behind their back. times 3 milion

  22. I'd say fuck you, I stand by my statements, prove me wrong!
And me, I have no filter, it's an interesting life.

  23. See, these powerful executives are just the same as regular people. If you're a right winger stop worshipping rich and powerful people because they are no better than any idiot you see on the streets

  24. Jimmy and Ana – It's not a sniper if he walks out into the open waving a flag and screaming "Hit me" – Sorry, but sometimes Jimmy is pretty useless. At least get some decent jokes, please.

  25. Number 1 reason why I will never ever have a Twitter account! EVER!!! Besides I'm a fucking evil vile old nasty demonic internet troll. I don't tweet,… I snarl and say exceedingly disgusting and vulgar things! Twitter is for cute little birdies, little sparrows, and humming birds, and cute cuddly little fuzzy woodland creatures to tweet and squeak to each other in their pretty verdant little meadows! I inhabit the darkest and most vile depths of the 735th layer of the infernal abyss!

    Twitter,.. pah! Whatever!

  26. even if he meant what he said its no reason to fire the guy, im sure we all say shit about coworkers, if he really was that drunk he probably meant to send it to a friend. it certainly looks like he could of been talking to someone

  27. I feel his pain on "duck you". I hate my phone. Those were not meant for a colleague. I don't know if he should have been fired immediately, they could have gone through HR first. Like probation?

  28. Everyone who works for TYT is a useless piece of shit. I guess that's Ana feels comfortable around her colleagues. Birds of a feather flock together.

  29. Moral of the story, if you have a big position in a company, delete your twitter, facebook, instagram, myspace (lol) and throw away your phone. If you wanna keep your job.

  30. Saying thing like that in public about your co-workers is wrong. The socially acceptable way to do it is sneakily behind their backs.

  31. Don't you just hate it when your new phone randomly sends negative tweets about your co-workers? It is so annoying.

  32. I drunk dialed a regional manager from bank of America once. thank god she didn't pick up at three o' clock in the morning. my ass would have been fired

  33. Maybe this Medley person was a douche too, meh, big deal 😀
People being more honest would be a good thing, sometimes some people just don't know when they're being assholes, a lot of managers are and need to deal with the fact that they're not liked so much and create hostile work environments very easily, can't say in this case of the Twit(err).

  34. The only filter (in person, online I'm awful for trying to filter what I say so it is understood) I have is for swears, and I tend to only moderate that, not censor it.
Well, I spose I avoid certain subjects around kids too, unless it's inuendo, then the grownups have even more fun (if you've ever seen "planet 51" I was watching that with my brother and his brood, and his eldest very innocently said "one eyed monsters don't exist" we could not contain the laughter… we're bad bad men :3)

Honestly, if you lack animosity, people forgive basically anything.
I've had candid discussions about religion, racism and politics with countless people, said things that are not widely popular and never received anything but appreciation, even in disagreement.
Sometimes, the self filtering is what causes the biggest problems.
Fear of saying the wrong thing, fear of offending, fear of being awkward. They're what causes the tension ^^

  35. An executive saying vile shit and then experiencing a negative consequence? Where is Fox news with their tirade about his first amendment rights?  Oh yeah, this guy is brown skinned and didn't promote racism…

  36. Today in class, my prof told us that one female from my school was hired as an intern for a huge company. While she was at work, she tweeted the fact that 'she was at work and it is so friggen boring.' She got fired the next day. And mind you, she had only been working there for one week.

Long story short, be careful as to what you put out there; whether it's on social media, email, text messages, etc. It can easily come back to bite you in the ass.

  37. Hurray for re enforcing THOUGHT CONTROL. The CEO could say it publicly to a friend inside of a bar, but the second someone  willingly chooses to see what someone is saying on their twitter it gets you fired?   Employers should just be staying out of their  employees personal business. Times have moved on to where the internet isn't just a place to sell goods and watch porn.  Employer's don't have the right to police your speech because they decided to willingly read content on your  twitter feed.  If these comments were eavesdropped in a public place,  it's pretty much the same.    This is the same thinking that has lead to companies asking for potential hires for their Facebook password.

  38. Yeah he got fired and probably a 40 million dollar severance package. He is now cruising the world in his new yacht  named "You're fired" with the women he called a POS.

  39. He wrote his way out
Wrote everything down while he was drunk
    He wrote his way out
    Overwhelmed them with (drunk) honesty
