Next comes sixth street, the last up card.
Wow, we’ve got a possible royal flush over
here. And still nothing has hit on this side.
Now again, the high hand has the option of
betting and with that king versus this eight,
the high hand switches over to here. Now this
person says, “you know what, I bet four”.
This person says, “I can’t let it go now,
I’m going to call”. Pot’s right, we deal one
more down card. Does that looks good? How
about that? Well let’s see. Once again, the
person with the highest hand showing has the
option to bet. He looks at his cards, he likes
his hand, but it it’s the last street so rather
than check and trying to check raise, he’s
going to make sure some more value goes in
the pot and he bet’s. This player looks at
his hand. You already saw the card so you
know we made nothing. But there’s so much
value out in the pot, one, two, three, four,
five, six, seven. He’s getting seven to one
to make the call. He figures he has too. He
calls. The person who bets who made the most
recent bet shows his hand and what do we have?
A pair of aces. This guy as we know made nothing.
He mucks. A pair of aces takes the pot.
