How to Uninstall Xbox Game Pass for PC Games

I’m Max Dalton and in this video I’ll show
you how to uninstall Xbox Game Pass for PC games. Xbox Game Pass for PC was rolled out in mid-2019,
and gives PC gamers access to a library of more than a hundred games they can install
and play at any time for a low monthly cost. However, the Xbox Game Pass for PC games can
start to eat up valuable real estate on your computer’s hard drive. If you need to free up space, you can uninstall
games you no longer play relatively quickly. Now let’s walk through the steps to uninstall
Xbox Game Pass for PC games from your computer. Step 1. Click the Windows “Start” menu icon to open
the Start menu. Locate the Xbox app in the list, and then
click to launch the “Xbox” app. Your Xbox Game Pass for PC home screen appears. Step 2. Click the right-pointing arrow icon at the
bottom of the menu on the left side of the screen to expand the list of installed games
so you can see the game names. Step 3. Right-click the game you want to uninstall. A context menu appears. Step 4. Click “Uninstall Game.” A menu appears asking if you’re sure you want
to uninstall this game. Click “Yes” in this menu. After a few seconds, the game will be removed
from the list of installed games on the left side of the screen. What are your thoughts about Xbox Game Pass

  1. THANKS FOR THE VIDEO.
I wished more of the games actually worked. about 60% of them will not run. its funny because the steam versions do work on my PC but not the xbox game pass beta ones. weird.
    thanks again.

  2. This does not actually delete the game off of your hard drive. It only removes it from the list. The space the game took up on my HDD is still being used up by the game even after "uninstalling" it.

  3. Thanks.
This shouldn't have been so complicated that I had to look it up. Sigh.
Edit: Oh great, they files just get sent to a file named Deleted and they're still there. And I don't have permission to delete them!?

  4. ha it doesn't work, It half downloaded waste landers 2 and will not continue to download, even though i have the hard drive space, I then go to delete it and it does not. Also tried deleting it through windows app store and same thing, fix your shit Microsoft

  5. I tried downloading a game and it didn’t work halfway, it said error, tried to reset it to do it again and it said pending 0% and now when I try to cancel it, it says cancelling 0%, it doesn’t show up in my files and it doesn’t show up as a program
