Man Utd star Marcos Rojo ‘forced to leave hotel’ after mysterious death

Rojo, 29, had been staying at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, with his family
Robert Bell Wallace, 67, died at the resort after having a single whiskey from his room’s mini bar in April
It followed a spate of mysterious tourist deaths on the Caribbean island, with Wallace the fourth in the past two months
It has led Rojo to leave the resort having not previously been aware of the death, reports The Sun
The Argentinian is understood to have continued his holiday elsewhere on the island
He had earlier been sharing snaps of his trip, all smiles with friends and family
The star was pictured fishing on a boat, sipping beer and wine as he rests during the Red Devils’ summer break
Wallace, who was reportedly urinating blood, died three days after falling ill at the resort
According to the Dominican authorities, all four died of natural causes but the families are looking for answers
Wallace’s niece, Chloe Arnold, told Fox News: “He was fine.    “He and his wife arrived there at around midnight on April 10
On April 11 he had scotch from the minibar. “He started feeling very sick, he had blood in his urine and stool right afterwards
” Rojo signed for United from Sporting Lisbon in 2014 for a fee of £16million. Daily Star Online has approached Rojo’s representatives for comment
