OFFICER. BUT SAYS HE DID NOTHING
DESERVING OF AN ARREST OR AN

LEAVE ME ALONE. GET AWAY FROM ME. AND THEN AFTER I CAME OUT OF THE
CLUB, I WAS RANSACKED BY A WHOLE
BUNCH OF COPS. ADAM: MINUTES LATER, POLICE SAY
25-YEAR-OLD HERBY CHARMANT
COMMITTED AN INDECENT ASSAULT. PUSHING A WOMAN, THROWING HER
CELLPHONE, AND ACCORDING TO
COURT DOCUMENTS, GRABBING HER
BEHIND.>>THE OFFICERS ARE LOOKING FOR
SOME ASSISTANCE WITH A FIGHT IN
THE MAIN LOBBY OF THE HOTEL. ADAM: AT HIS HOME IN LYNN TODAY,
NO ONE ANSWERED. MEANTIME SHORTLY AFTER, POLICE
SAY THERE WAS ANOTHER FIGHT. THIS TIME ON THE GAMING FLOOR. A 26-YEAR-OLD LYNN MAN IS
EXPECTED TO BE SUMMONSED IN THAT
INCIDENT. THE CASINO DOWNPLAYED THE STRING
OF EVENTS TELLING US
